Seen HIM? Lancaster Police Seek Driver Charged In Road Rage Incident

A man charged with recklessly endangering another person following a road rage incident is wanted by the Lancaster police.

Jessi Rosario-Estremera, 25 of Lancaster was charged with recklessly endangering another person and multiple summary traffic offenses after a road rage incident on Route 283 on Dec. 7.

A warrant has been issued for Rosario-Estremera after he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to submit a tip via CrimeWatch or contact East Hempfield Townhship police 717-898-3103.
